Information we collect

Our quotation, purchase order, demonstration, distributor and inquiry forms collect business contact and purchasing information: organization name, contact name and title, business email, telephone, business locations or addresses, order quantities, timeframes, purchase order details and any notes you choose to include. Our forms are intended for business information only. Please do not submit patient names, health information or other protected health information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare quotations, review purchase orders and distributor applications, arrange demonstrations, and keep a record of our business relationship with your organization. We do not sell this information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in the EasyMed™ lead-management system, which only authorized EasyMed™ staff can access with a password. A notification of each submission is emailed to the EasyMed™ business inbox, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you provide. The system is backed up daily.

Spam prevention

To block automated spam, our forms use hidden checks and limit how many submissions can be sent from one connection. We store a one-way coded value derived from your connection's IP address, not the address itself, for this purpose.

Website analytics

We count how often our business forms are viewed, started and submitted, so we can understand which pages lead to inquiries. These counts do not use cookies, do not identify you, and are not shared with advertising networks. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no counts are recorded for your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep business inquiry records for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and meet record-keeping obligations, and delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.
